inquire and solve challenges together.
At NourishED, Oklahoma educators inquire, experiment, analyze and share our challenges and/ or curiosities of practice together. We seek to inspire each other and collectively impact systemic change. During NourishED, each member decides upon and works on a self-selected improvement idea related to our own practice. We learn as a cohort through conversations and tools that help to select a project, work on it productively, learn how to improve it, and reflect on what we are learning. We all learn from each other!
We are recruiting a founding Spring 2026 cohort of currently practicing PK-12 public school teachers in Oklahoma who are interested in: improving their practice to reach more students, and engaging in productive collaboration and inquiry with colleagues across the state.
We hold dear three foundational principles: (1) educator-led inquiries, a grassroots approach celebrating your expertise; (2) accessibility, an online platform gathering and honoring voices spanning our great state; and (3) stipends, as we are a profession worth paying for!
For teacher members who meet the application and participation criteria (explained further below), NourishED is thrilled to offer a stipend of $575!
